The Zero-Waste Project consortium consists from 5 member countries from which 3 EU Member States and 2 Associate Candidate Countries: Turkey, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain and Macedonia. The consortium is geographically well balanced and represents all EU regions. One of the most important advantage of this consortium is the presence of organizations directly in contact with the end-users of Zero-Waste Project, stakeholders from project, research and all connected by lifelong learning interests. The consortium have state 4 Universities experienced in EU projects and circular economy, NGO and SME (training & counseling providers), all connected by their work with circular economy and education.

DenemeIzmir Demokrasi University (IDU) was established in 2016 to coordinate of higher education institutions within the province. It has 10 faculties, 3 research institutes, 2 vocational colleges, and 10 research centers. The University has 6.000 higher education students, and 250 academic-nonacademic staffs. The University has medicine faculty and have vocational high schools have health departments.

IDU have different quality systems using in various fields (faculty of medicine, faculty of economics, faculty of engineering, health, architecture, management ,law) and others. Located in western Turkey on the shores of the Aegean, İzmir, the pearl of the Aegean, is the third largest city in Turkey. IDU coordinate projects on economic development and projects for municipalities. The University has a strong software for distance education and e-learning and key staff in project management and web base management.

Izmir Demokrasi University has a great experience in researching and education on management, treading, medical science, human diseases and biomedical technologies. The University has a research on local management and municipality managements. The University has also coordinated the social projects on career developing cover the needs of public.

Slovak University of Agriculture (SUA) in Nitra is a public university established by the Act. 131/2002 Coll of Laws as an independent legal entity. As such it provides education in

DenemeBalıkesir University was established in 1992 to coordinate of higher education institutions within the province. It has 10 faculties, 5 research institutes, 12 vocational colleges, and 10
research centers. The University has 40.000 higher education students, and 1800 academic-nonacademic staffs. The university have some research institutes on renewable energy and animal production. The University has engineering and veterinary faculties directly related to the green energy by the means of biomass energy and other renewable energy sources. BAUN have different quality systems using in various fields (agriculture, engineering, veterinary medicine , health, food, management ) as ISO 9000 and others.
Balıkesir is the city leader in renewable energy sources specially biomass energy because of high production of agricultural waste and animal waste-manures. Animal farms yearly
produce approximately 6 million tons of manure and it is a problem for environment if they don’t use for biomass and agro-biogass energy. There are 542.000 cattle and 1.2 million
sheep and goats in the city.

A total of 125 million broilers and 6 million laying hens are in production in Balıkesir. As a result of this intensive production in agriculture and animal production tones of agricultural and animal waste also produced. There are food processing plants, specially dairy processing sector is active. Waste of this sector is also produce litters/tones of waste. All these waste can be used for renewable green energy production.

Emkice KIC Consulting with the goals first started back in 2009 with the support of NGO, and few years ago registered as private company working and engaging experts from different fields, with the network of partners in EU, SEE, Middle East, North Africa and Asia is aiming to support its members, collaborators, Start Ups and SME’s to become competitive, innovative and productive for the international market through the objectives:
1st To encourage and support innovation and commercialization of innovations (the products), the development of new products, through innovative technology and services (by legal or natural person and gender equality, including support for better technology understanding and use of IPR);
2nd Support for finding sources of financing of innovation, research, technology and development (I + R + T + D). Mainly focuses on the available funds and grants from the EU as well as business angels and investments from private and public-private investment funds;

The (KIC) Knowledge Innovation Centre has strategic cooperation with several consulting companies and a number of individual foreign consultants and lobbyists in Brussels, in the area of Innovation, Industry, Technology, Energy, Environment, Information Technology, Food, Health, and in Education, with support for EU projects (organization of trainings and seminars), preparation and writing of EU projects, administrative and financial management, and implementation of EU projects started from the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7), and Competitiveness and Innovation Programme (CIP) and latest Horizon2020, COSME and newest Erasmus+.

DenemeKaresi Municipality is t one of the biggest Municipality in Balıkesir province. It has established in 2014. Our organization has been operating and working with public people with events on international activities. The main areas of organization activities – Contribute to the economic and civil growth of the human being, through life long education, to draw attention to the importance of supporting he integration of disadvantage and local citizenship. The people have benefited from career counseling, personal and professional development in accordance with the current requirements of the labor market. We want to collaborate with other European organization regarding the exchange of information and good practices on training and professional development in order to promote the European dimension and sustainable development. We wish to promote cooperation between the European countries and our goal is to obtain deep knowledge of the different, to develop cooperation in order to exchange good practices and to stimulate the interest in people for other cultures.
The Municipality is legally responsible for municipal and agro waste management in the city. The Municipality of Karesi is a local administrative body with corresponding territorial division legislature, responsible for managing the main issues that concern the city: environment, social area, cultural activities, education, construction, and others. It is also responsible for establish specific laws and rules for the municipality in order to promote a quality life for the community. The mission of our minucipality is to develop creative and innovative thinking and skills among youth and kids. Promote the development of creative society and the innovative economy by the active involvement of youth.To participate in the processes of development of knowledge-based economy. To involve children and youth into active social life and to organize various events, trainings, seminars aimed to increase the level of their general development, creativity and social-cultural education in our society!
The Municipality is coordinating zero waste projects. The municipality is working with international project since 2014 and we would like to share our good practices in work with the international projects as a sending organization.
The municipality organization is taking responsibility to prepare the participants for the participation in the project and also together with the participants group prepare for presenting our culture, country and organization, also we are taking responsibility together with the group properly prepare to the project’s theme, content and program, also to do the preoperational work for the project program activities.

The Foundation Universitat Jaume I-Empresa (FUE-UJI) of the Region of Valencia M.P. (Spain), is a body governed by public law, funded in 1993 and promoted by the University, the Social Council of the University and the Confederación de Empresarios de Castellón (CEC) (Employer Association of Castellón). Currently composed of 18 employees.
The aim of FUE-UJI is to collaborate with the University in the development and creation of activities related to postgraduate training, specialization and expert courses; as well as
continuous training, promote research projects results, generate postgraduate work opportunities and improve the potential of companies in addition to the economic and social sectors of Castellón. Nowadays this Institution is composed by 28 Trustees. As a matter of fact, the Board of Trustees is formed by the major companies and institutions of the Province of Castellón.
FUE-UJI is in charge of the following activities:
• Managing the program of internships and work placement of students, as well as a scholarship program for university graduates.
• Managing postgraduate training, specialization courses and continuous training.
• Fostering research and innovation agreements.
• Organizing national and international seminars, congresses, summits. Promoting prizes and grants.
• Participation in European, International and R&D projects.
• Continuous surveys and reports of economic and social indicators and market research.

In FUE-UJI a Placement Program of Extracurricular Traineeships is managed in order to develop formative activities. The program intends to facilitate their employability and to
encourage their entrepreneurship capacity. FUE-UJI develops continuous training in order to strengthen the connection and knowledge exchange between university and companies.
The aim of the training programmes is to improve the employability of students by covering the current needs of the socioeconomic environment. The R&D is another section of FUE-UJI and it is represented by the office of technology transfer. Its main purpose is to facilitate and promote the collaboration between the research groups of the University and business companies.
EuroFUE-UJI is the European and International Projects Office of FUE-UJI, whose mission is to get funding to develop innovative projects together with UJI research groups,
companies and associations, among others. These projects take place especially in the field of education and training, business innovation, knowledge transfer, climate change, health
and energy. We lead projects and take part as partners in European consortia in which we work in collaboration with experts in each topic.EuroFUE-UJI’s core experience is preparing
call proposals such as H2020, LIFE, ENI, Erasmus+, UIA , among others, as well as managing EU projects, preparing and implementing the Quality Assurance Plan and Risk
management plan.
EuroFUE-UJI’s team is formed by experts on communication who design and manage strategic, creative, agile, effective and timely manner the work and the results of the projects, including the creation of written and audiovisual information content, the creation of websites, the management of social networks, video production, media relations and the
development of all types of communication and dissemination actions with the aim of positioning the projects as innovative and professional among their different audiences. The main channels used for this purpose are web pages, newsletters and social networks (facebook, linkedin, twitter, youtube). We also design communication protocols aimed at establishing a dialogue strategy with stakeholders through proactive information; dialogue and participation actions to meet stakeholder expectations and establishing commitments which give continuity to the projects.
