ME4: Dissemination and validation workshop SUA, SLOVAKIA
Description:
The Zero Waste multiplication event was held in Podkylava on November 23, 2022. The program had a theoretical part and a practical part, i.e. practical examples of the created performances of the Zero Waste project.
The participants of the event were:
– primary school teachers who would like to learn about circular economy and zero waste and subsequently transfer this knowledge to the curriculum,
– lecturers of a VET organization that provides lifelong education courses and were interested in incorporating the materials created by the Zero Waste project into their educational portfolio.
At the beginning of the program, the participants were welcomed by the project coordinator. This was followed by a short presentation of the Zero Waste project. Regarding the participants of the event, specific topics were presented: the place of the circular economy and the possibility of zero waste in school curricula and in adult education
As a pleasant break for the participants, we prepared several funny questions via SLIDO.com.
The second part of the event was focused on the project itself – curriculum, educational content and tools related to ICT, the European Zero-Waste Guide with the Business Manual.
At the end, there was a free discussion on the topic of circular economy and zero waste. All participants expressed their satisfaction with the event, filled out the evaluation questionnaire
Evaluated IQs:
- IQ1: Baseline report, innovative curriculum and training modules for adult educators
- IQ2:Development of the ICT related resources and toolbox to support pilot training
- IQ3: European Zero-Waste Handbook wirh Entrepreneurship Manual
Results:
The participants stated that multiplier event and the validated three main intellectual outputs were convenient to meet the needs of the project target groups.
